Character:

She was taught to hide from a very young age when her father left her along for periods at a time. So when he was away she would make herself as small as she could and try to stay out of sight. For some reason, she would always prefer the nighttime after that. Someone found her one day, small and bundled, glowing like a little patch of fallen starlight. She couldn't talk very well, so he gave her a name. He didn't glow but his spots were like hers and he made her feel safe. "Cephei" was found and with that she found a home. The little starlit cub would never have to hide somewhere alone again.
