Raginhari, also known as Reiner, is very intelligent. He once came from a tribe filled with humans who taught all their Ketucaris how to read. Raginhari now travels with Fel, a once desert dweller now raoming Ketucari territory. The two share a strange, but strong bond. Fel is known for being insensitive and mean, and frequently insults people without meaning to do so. Raginhari, on the other hand, is a calm, level-headed creature who keeps Fel in line. Whenever she misbehaves, Raginhari will deliver a sound thwack to the butt. This display usually embarasses Fel, much to Raginhari's delight. You could say that, at times, Raginhari is the handler and Fel is the beast. Raginhari can be described as a gentle giant; however, do not let this fool you. If provoked, Raginhari will turn into a deadly killing machine.
