Robin left his pack in the Kanibar Snowfields when he was a little over a year and a half old. Being weak even as a cub, he would have certainly been killed if Banshi had not pleaded for his life. Robin always felt as though he owed his pack more than he could give. He left, promising to return when he was no longer a burden, but a valued member of the pack. 

He is very insecure and has a tendency to latch onto anyone that treats him with even an ounce of respect. While actually a fairly morally upstanding ketucari, he will do things he deems wrong to win the favour of others.
