Character: One of Shani's assistants in the soup kitchen. Eyal's favorite subject is himself- he'll tell anyone who will listen about his (heavily embellished) exploits. The reality, however, is that he's nowhere near as competent as his enthusiastic boasts might have you believe. It's not for lack of ability, mind you- it's just that he's chronically unmotivated and is quite good at passing on his work to other people. The amount of work he puts into avoiding work is honestly kind of impressive. When push comes to shove, though, he's willing to prove that not everything he says is hot air. Shani took him and his younger sister in at a young age, and although he sometimes chafes under her chiding, he's deeply grateful and would go to the ends of the earth for her. Eyal might bicker with his sister constantly, but the two of them love each other dearly and are rarely seen apart.
